29K9 is excited to bring our unique relationship-based positive training program to the Deming NM area.
Our focus is on helping you build a relationship based on trust and positive communication. At the same time we are teaching the life skills every dog needs to be a great member of your family. Our Life Skills program gets you and your dog started on the right paw. Our certified, experienced and dedicated staff is ready to help you and your dog get the best start while building your foundation for the future.
Our Behavior Program uses science, positive reinforcement, and respect. We are experienced, educated and hold multiple certifications that give us the best tools and techniques to help your dog with fear, anxiety and aggression without aversives, pain or intimidation.
With more than a dozen years of experience, we have created a unique and copyrighted program using reward based methods to create customized behavior plans that will help your dog. The 29K9 program is designed by by Ronda Warywoda, CPDT-Ka, UW-AAB, FDM. She holds multiple professional accreditations and certifications in training and behavior. Her education background includes CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, the University of Washington’s Applied Animal Behavior, Family Dog Mediation and Michael Shikashio's Master Course-Aggression in Dogs. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed; AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator; Animal Behavior College Dog Trainer L2; and is Fear Free Certified. Ronda continues to educate herself to provide the best current and safe non-aversive methods for you and your dog. Ronda has previously helped humans and their dogs in Southern California as well virtual clients around the country while also acting as a mentor for students from both Animal Behavior College and CATCH Canine Trainers Academy.
